Yoga Instructor Jobs in Texas
A Yoga Instructor in the fitness and recreation industry primarily leads group classes, instructing clients on the various poses, breathing techniques, and meditations involved in yoga. They are responsible for ensuring that each participant in their class is performing the exercises correctly and safely, and may provide modifications or adjustments as needed. Prior to becoming a Yoga Instructor, a person may have roles such as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or Group Exercise Instructor.
