Their duties encompass enforcing rules, determining penalties, signaling players, and making judgment calls on plays. They are responsible for starting or stopping play when necessary, inspecting sporting equipment and examining the fitness level of players. Additionally, Sports Officials often keep track of time, score, and player performances. They contribute significantly in maintaining a safe and professional environment for athletes and spectators alike.
