Camp Counselor Jobs in California
A Camp Counselor in the fitness and recreation industry plays an integral role in organizing and leading various physical activities, games, and sports for camp attendees. They are responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional safety of campers, fostering an inclusive and fun environment, and developing and implementing fitness and wellness programs. Essential skills for a Camp Counselor include strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
