Underdog Sports Leagues is an adult co-rec sports league that was started with a simple idea: provide laid back leagues for everyday players that are safe, fair, and fun. Underdog Sports Leagues is looking for great communicators and teachers to join our team as referees, umpires, and field admin! You will never have to be perfect, but it is your duty to give a quality effort, learn from your mistakes; and look out for the safety and fun of fellow underdogs. If you always wanted to ref, but were worried about being perfect or being a rules master, Underdog is your place. We have a long history of turning people who have never reffed into great officials, if you are willing to learn and try.
